This has become the fastest-growing client base within emerging and domestic markets, and we have capitalized on this by developing key international relationships, particularly in MENA, Russia & CIS, and Central Asian regions.
Commercial Terms of Engagement
Formalising Relationships
Prior to any client or partner work, TREDIC requires its commercial interests, intellectual property, and investment relationships to be protected. This is typically executed through a mutual collaboration agreement with a focus on confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-circumvention.
Fees & Costs
Due to our wide-ranging services, there is no "one size fits all" approach to fees. However, a common denominator is that TREDIC always works on a retained and exclusive advisory basis. This creates a collaborative, rather than purely transactional, engagement. In almost all client relationships, TREDIC requires its costs and professional expenses to be covered.
